At WSM, our coaches follow a process that begins with understanding your expectations , diagnosing your skills, identifying opportunities for improvement, and finally an on-going reinforcement process that matches your selling environment. All of this is done over a period of 3 months.

A series of assessment instruments are used that are not available anywhere else on our site (TTI™ is the world class 3rd party that is administering these instruments).
